SHIPPING & CUSTOMER CARE
A little care with every order.
When will my order ship?
Your coaster set is made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
What does free US shipping include?
Free US economy shipping is included in the $15 set price. Orders ship through Easyship’s Light Weight Trackable envelope service.
How can I track my order?
This service provides limited tracking through Easyship’s shipping partner, rather than USPS.com. Updates may be infrequent, and an estimated delivery update does not confirm that your order has arrived.
Can I return or exchange my set?
Each coaster set is custom made for your order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check your chosen design and measure your cupholders before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, email thehouseofimaginary@gmail.com so we can help make it right.
How can I get in touch?
